Q. How do I place my order?

A. You can order online or by phone.

    To order online, simply add the item(s) you want to your cart, customize them, add your    

    message (optional), and checkout.

Q. Can I include a message to the recipient?

A. Yes. Above the Add to Cart button(s) is a place to fill in your message and it's FREE!

 

Q. Can I customize the basket?

A. Yes! You can pick the items you want in the basket with our Custom Basket page. You can  

    choose everything from the type of candy to the stuffed animal as well as adding items like a

    photo frame. If you would like the candy to be sugar-free or would rather have decaf coffee,

    there is a place for you to give us specific instructions. You can also call us 7 days a week and

    we can assist you over the phone.

Q. What type of baskets do you make?

A. We make custom baskets for anniversaries, birthdays, congrats, get well soon, new baby, new

     home, thank you, and weddings, as well as Valentine's Day, Easter, Secretary's Day, Mother's

     Day, Graduation, Father's Day, Fourth of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

 

Q. How do I pick a delivery date?

A. During the checkout process, there is a place to enter your delivery date. Please place 

    your order at least 24 hours in advance.

 

Q. Do you offer same-day delivery?

A. Yes, if we have an opening. Holidays are the busiest time of year, so please place your

    order(s) 24 hours in advance if you can.

 

Q. What is your privacy policy?

A. We will NOT sell, trade, share, or otherwise release any of your information including: name,

    address, credit/debt card number, phone number, or any other information you provide to us.

    Any information we receive will be properly discarded.

 

Q. What type of payments do you accept?

A. We accept e-checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

 

Q. Do you charge sales tax?

A. Yes, we add 8.25% sales tax to all orders.

 

Q. Where do you deliver?

A. We deliver to homes, businesses, hospitals, among other places in the DFW area

    including: Ft. Worth, Azle, Trophy Club, Plano, Mesquite, Dallas, Waxahachie, Alvarado,

    Cleburne, Benbrook, and everywhere in between. If you would like to know about a specific

Q. Will you ship outside of the DFW area?

A. Yes, there will be a shipping charge.

 

Q. Do you charge a delivery fee?

A. Yes, we charge a delivery fee. 

 

Q. Do you leave the basket on the door-step?

A. No, we will leave a Delivery Notice on the door, with our contact information to reschedule

    the delivery.
